Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to OneTickTrading purchased through our website. Subscription billing is processed by NOWPayments in cryptocurrency. Because crypto payments settle on-chain, refunds work differently from card payments — please read this policy carefully before subscribing.

1. Refund Window

You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your initial subscription purchase if you have not yet executed a real-money ("live") trade through the Service. Backtest runs, AI conversations, and paper-trade simulations do not count as live trades.

After the seven-day window, or after a real-money trade has been executed, the initial subscription period is non-refundable.

2. Refund Form

Refunds are returned in the same cryptocurrency you used to pay. We will send the refund to a wallet address you specify in writing. We do not convert to fiat. We do not refund to a different cryptocurrency. Network fees (gas) for the refund transaction are deducted from the refund amount; if the network fee exceeds the amount owed, no refund is possible.

If the market price of the cryptocurrency has changed between your payment and the refund, the refund is calculated in the cryptocurrency amount you originally paid, not the fiat-equivalent value at either timestamp. You bear the price risk between the two events.

3. Recurring Renewals

Renewal charges (the second and any subsequent billing cycle) are non-refundable once the new period has started. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel your subscription before the renewal date — your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for.

4. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not by itself trigger a refund of the current period. If you intend to request a refund, do so explicitly using the contact below.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your subscription and include the NOWPayments order ID from your payment confirmation plus the cryptocurrency wallet address that should receive the refund. We aim to respond within two business days. Approved refunds are sent on-chain within five business days; confirmation time depends on the network you used.

6. Exceptions

Where local consumer-protection law (for example, certain EU member states' distance-selling regulations) grants you a stronger right to a refund, the statutory right prevails over this policy.

7. Trading Losses

Refunds cover the subscription fee only. We do not refund or compensate for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any other financial outcomes that arise from using the Service. See the Trading Risk Disclosure in our Terms of Service.
